Happy as.....

happyThere was not an awful lot of flexible muscle to be found in my shoulders during my massage last Wednesday, so when Neill suggested that after just 48 hours recovery I would be able to run – I wasn't convinced!
I also made the bold statement that I do not allow my self to feel stress anymore, this was followed by two intensely stressful farming days and by Friday my shoulders felt awful, I then messed up the Girls Run Too post resulting in a impromptu dash to the PO which meant that by the time I returned the children were home, it was dark and the opportunity to run was lost.
I did however do my allowed half n hour on my bike.
Saturday morning was spent dropping children at various clubs and the supermarket shop.
It was raining heavily in the afternoon, I nearly didn’t go out for a run because shoulders weren’t great and I thought it would make them worse, but I did go, ran 3mins run 1 min walk repeat 5 and rather remarkably shoulders improved and mobility was much better, it was really muddy and fabulous to get so dirty.
Did half n hour bike on Sunday
Ran 3mins run 1 min walk repeat 5 on Monday, still raining
Finishing work soon to take bike out…

I am so happy to be running……..
