Payment
We want you to be a happy customer and have made shopping easy and enjoyable. You can place an order over the website or by telephone (01885 400340) using the following cards:

We only charge your card when we are going to despatch your order. Please read our security statement below. When ordering online, you must be the cardholder, and give the registered cardholder's address, even if the order is going to a separate delivery address. This is for your protection and card processors frequently make security checks on card payments. We do not send a credit card receipt with the order as when buying online, you are agreeing to a 'card not present' transaction. If you are sending a gift, we need to know so that we send the paperwork to you and not with the parcel. If you want to pay by cheque or postal order, your order must be posted to:

Security
Girls Run Too wants its customers to enjoy shopping securely and use the latest technology to ensure that orders are processed safely. The ordering part of the website provides communication through SSL technology, meaning that your card details are encrypted while they are transferred over the Internet.

Cookies
Our online shopping process uses cookies to speed up the ordering process, enhancing your shopping experience. They are small text files, which are sent to your computer and enable our website to recognise you. You can set up your computer to reject cookies, but in doing so you will be unable to use the shopping facility on our site.

Passwords
When creating the password for your account it is advisable to use a mixture of upper and lower case letters and numbers. Do not use the names of your children, house or pets or birth dates and ages. Create something unique. Never let anyone else know your password and do not share your account.

Stock
We update our site regularly through out the day and we try very hard to ensure availability of all items shown on our site, but sometimes things sell more quickly than we expect. We tell you immediately by email if we've sold out. If we're waiting for stock we'll tell you how long it will be before we can deliver to you.

Despatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. If you place an order after 2.00pm we will try to despatch that day but if we can't your order will be despatched the following day. Orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday. Items ordered over a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

Delivery
We make one charge per order for Postage and Packaging even if we send you more than one parcel.

UK addresses
All mainland parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, and require a signature. If the postman is unable to obtain a signature, a card will be left with a contact number. Delivery of orders is charged at the following rates.
Please note below about Christmas deliveries

UK Standard - usually 3-5 days but not guaranteed  £4.00 per order 
UK Express - guaranteed next day before noon
Your order must be submitted before 2pm.
Please note that orders placed on Express delivery on a Friday may arrive on Monday as Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Overseas addresses
We are happy to despatch orders to most overseas and all BFPO addresses and charge the following rates.

Eire & Channel Isles 3-5 days  £6.00 per order
Europe 7-14 days  £10.00 per order
Rest of the World 14-21 days  £20.00 per order
BFPO as UK Standard £4.00 per order

Returns
We know that sometimes you may want to return items and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. A returns form with full instructions, is packed with each order - call us if you can't find it and we'll send you another. Girls Run Too does not offer a free returns service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process returns within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Christmas Presents Exchanges & Refunds
We will exchange, or make a refund for goods returned to us in perfect condition up until Sunday 31st January 2010. Please do let us know if your return is going to be later than this date and we will try our best to help you. We do not refund the postal charge. Perfect condition means that the item can be put back into stock, i.e. Unused, unworn, without marks (from food, grease, deodorant etc.), neatly folded in its original plastic bag and with all labels attached. Confirmation of a refund will be sent by email. For exchange items allow 2 weeks from the date you sent your parcel for them to arrive.

Exchanges & Refunds

How to return an item - Please read!!!
1. You no longer need to contact us to make a return. However, if you'd like an exchange, email Customer Services at returns@girlsruntoo.co.uk with the original order number, what you want to return, and give details of the size, colour and code of the replacement item of your choice. This means we can allocate stock for you.

2. Carefully pack your parcel, enclosing the returns form. Please use the returns address label included on your despatch note.

3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. For your own security, we suggest you return goods to us by a traceable method. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim. Please make sure that your parcel is insured to cover the value of the contents.

General Terms & Conditions
Our website is regularly updated but all items are offered subject to availability. We cannot reserve items for customers as all items are sold on a first come, first served basis. We will try to find a suitable alternative whenever possible. Girls Run Too retains the right to alter product specification, and offer a better or alternative product as necessary. Products have been reproduced to the highest quality possible, as accurately as photographic, printing and technology processes will allow. Computer screens will affect some colours and therefore we cannot guarantee the website to reflect the true colours of the products. Girls Run Too retains the right to refuse orders. Calls may be monitored for training purposes to ensure the best possible customer service.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel any order you have made with us you can do so within 14 days from the date that we receive the order. Please contact us as soon as practically possible by phone or by email. In the event of cancellation after despatch please advise us if you would like an exchange or a refund. Our returns procedure can be found in our 'Returns' section.
